My Dogs

JanChan's Law and Order (KopKar)

People describe Kop has the "perfect gentleman." He has impeccable manners and is very savvy about people. He loves to meet new people and share his love with them. I think that he is probably a very old and wise soul. He is beautiful both inside and out. His coat is incredibly thick and plush. It is what is known as an "easy care" coat. Because he has natural oils in his coat, he stays incredibly white and any mats that dare to form almost untangle by themselves. Kop is my soulmate and my best boy. His puppies have his gentle disposition and love of people. Kop's lines are what are called the "old lines. On his sire's side, he is a combination of the famous Rebel Rouser lines and a line called Phildore that often was bred to the Rebel Rouser dogs because they had such beautiful faces. On his dam's side, his bloodlines are Ali-Aj, a kennel that tightly bred its dogs, thereby resulting in a great deal of consistency in the look and temperaments of the dogs it produced. Ali-Aj dogs are known for their intelligence as well as their beauty and sweetness. Whenever I swap stories with other people who have dogs with the Ali-Aj breeding, we're always amazed not only at how much our dogs look alike, but also how similar their personalities are. JanChan Fire N' Ice Fandango (Fanny)

Fanny has her own fan club too. She has the sweetest face and always looks like a puppy. Her coat is exceptionally plush. When I let it grow out, it grows very evenly so she always looks as though she just got back from the groomer. Fanny is exceptionally smart and very task-oriented. Fanny is a very happy girl -- she thinks the world is a party and she's the guest of honor! Like Kop, she loves to meet new people and explore new things. She's a high-spirited, playful girl who was an awesome mother to her first litter. She is champion-sired and thinks that she's in the showring whenever I take her to the vet (she stacks herself naturally on the exam table and has the happiest look on her face because she knows she's the center of attention. Fanny was blessed with a "cast-iron" stomach and is incredibly healthy. She has several notable dogs in her pedigree, including the famous multi-champion ToJo's Midnight Max. Now that her pups are grown, Fanny is starting a new career as an agility dog. We hope to be "in the running" next year. To view Fanny's pedigree, please click here:
